Production Facilities

Coating, laminating, delaminating and slitting — all under one roof

IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION

Film quality starts with the equipment.
We run every process ourselves.

Coating, drying, laminating, delaminating and slitting are all done on our own equipment. Because we control every process condition without outsourcing, quality stays the same from test runs and pilot production to mass production.

COATING

Four coating methods on one line

Our two coaters handle comma, gravure, reverse gravure and micro gravure coating. We choose the method that fits the viscosity and target thickness, at widths up to 1,800 mm, and laminate inline right after coating in one continuous process.

01
Comma

Comma coating

A comma knife meters the coating. Ideal for high-viscosity resins and thick layers.

02
Gravure

Gravure coating

Engraved cells on the roll transfer a fixed amount for uniform thin films over wide areas.

03
Reverse Gravure

Reverse gravure

The roll turns against the web for a smooth, even coated surface.

04
Micro Gravure

Micro gravure

A small-diameter roll applies very thin layers with high precision.

CLASS1

CLEAN ROOM

Class 1 cleanroom coating zone

Our coating zone is a Class 1 cleanroom with dust collection and air purification. Coating in a particle-free environment lets us handle precision work up to semiconductor-grade coating.

DRYING

Zone-by-zone dryer control

The dryer temperature can be set separately for each zone, so drying conditions are tuned to each product and coating method for stable layer properties.

CONVERTING

Laminating · Delaminating · Slitting

Large thermal laminators

Large thermal laminators

3 units

Bond coated webs and films with heat and pressure, including wide-format rolls.

Delaminators

2 units

Separate laminated films layer by layer and rewind them for the next process or shipment.

Slitters

5 units

Cut precisely to the width and length you need and rewind into finished rolls.
