Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Osung C&T (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") uses personal information of data subjects within the scope disclosed in its Privacy Policy and does not use or provide such information to third parties beyond that scope without prior consent. However, in the following cases, personal information may be provided exceptionally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
1. Details of Provision
The Company may provide personal information to third parties as follows to ensure smooth service operation:
- Recipients: Service partners necessary for delivery, payment, and logistics (specific recipients will be notified at the time of order)
- Purpose of Provision: Product delivery, identity verification, payment and refund processing, and customer support
- Items Provided: Name, contact information, shipping address, and minimum payment-related information
- Retention and Use Period: Until the purpose of provision is fulfilled or for the period required under applicable laws and regulations
2. Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages
You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse consent for mandatory provision, your use of services such as product delivery and payment may be restricted.
This consent is mandatory for membership registration and during the order and payment process.

Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Osung C&T (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in connection with the use of e-commerce services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided through the internet shopping mall operated by the Company.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth matters related to the supply and use of goods or services (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The term "Mall" refers to a virtual place of business established by the Company using information and communication facilities such as computers to enable users to trade goods or services.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial screen of the Service so that users can easily access them. The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations. In such cases, the Company shall specify the effective date and reason for the amendment and provide prior notice.
Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Company provides e-commerce services including the provision of product information, conclusion of purchase contracts, and delivery. If changes occur due to reasons such as product out-of-stock or changes in technical specifications, the Company shall notify users of the reasons.
Article 5 (Membership Registration)
Users may apply for membership by filling out the registration form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Article 6 (Purchase Application and Formation of Contract)
Users shall apply for purchases through procedures on the Mall or similar processes. A contract shall be deemed concluded when the Company indicates its acceptance of the purchase application.
Article 7 (Payment)
Payment methods for purchased products shall follow the methods specified by the Company, including but not limited to bank transfers and other available payment options.
Article 8 (Delivery)
The Company shall take appropriate measures to allow users to check the supply process and status of products and shall provide information on the expected delivery period.
Article 9 (Withdrawal of Subscription)
Users may withdraw their subscription within a certain period unless restricted under applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
Article 10 (Protection of Personal Information)
The Company shall collect the minimum amount of personal information necessary for service provision and protect such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Obligations of the Company)
The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws or contrary to public order and morals and shall endeavor to provide goods and services continuously and stably.
Article 12 (Obligations of Users)
Users shall not provide false information in orders or payments, misuse others' information, or interfere with the operation of the Company.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
The Company shall operate a customer service center to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for damages.
Supplementary Provision
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date of posting. Any amendments shall follow applicable laws and the Company’s notification procedures.
